Fund Raising for Tynedale Hospice at Home

Tynedale Hospice at Home is a charity close to our hearts as they were so supportive to Tricia and her family when she lost her mother to cancer and to one of our colleagues, Anne Chandler and her family, who was also lost to cancer.

As a practice we are now trying to raise some money for Tynedale Hospice at Home following Tom Arnold's fantastic run in the Seville Marathon which managed to raise £2000 for his chosen charities. A big thank you to all those who gererously supported Tom on this achievement especially as the run was before his minor heart operation! Thankfully his heart is now working perfectly.

We are now feeling the need to see if we can beat this super effort with our Kielder Challenge Walk in September 2011. This walk is around the lake and is some 25 miles in total.
