In a variety of instances we have been approached by individuals who have been less than diligent about completing their accounts and tax returns.

In the recent past we have dealt with a couple of clients who found themselves in that position.

In one case, our intervention prevented the loss of a property worth in excess of £250,000 to "the Crown". Subsequent planning allowed the owner to extract the property from the company in a cost-effective manner.

In the second case, we have brought our client's affairs up-to-date and through careful planning obtained a tax refund to which they did not know they were entitled.
