This is for all general and technical questions and support regarding Sage Business Cloud.

Alternatively the web page reached via the link below provides answers to lots of commonly asked questions, and there is an option to have a live web chat or to email Sage.
The “latest releases” button near the top of the page, will also tell you what recent improvements have been made to Sage Business Cloud.
Bank Feed Status
This web page lets you know of any problems with the bank feeds, including the indirect bank feed through Yodlee. It reports on the connection between Sage and the banks, and gives you an estimated time of when the problem will be fixed. It should be noted that most issues are due to the bank having problems, and not with Sage.
This gives you information on any issues Sage are having with any of their software, and keeps you updated. It provide updates on the issue, the estimated time to fix the problem, and also shows any planned maintenance.
Once on the web page click on the “Europe” tag, Sage Business Cloud Accounting will be listed (UK & Ireland). The symbol on the right will tell you if it is green (everything ok), amber (working but may have an issue) or red (not available).
